She is survived by: her sons, Sam Cozart, Jr. (Dawn) of Statesville and Bill Cozart (Joy) of Mocksville; her brothers, Jack Naylor (Marcle) and Johnny Naylor; her grandchildren, Willie Cozart (Nicole), Jennifer Mahaffey (Josh), Lauren Cozart, Brent Cozart (Halie), Caroline Cozart and Jacob Cozart (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Mahaffey, Patrick Mahaffey, Bryceson Cozart, Maggie Mahaffey, Addie Cozart and Ty Cozart.
