He was predeceased by: his father Horace Eugene Noble. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Woodson Noble of North Wilkesboro; his wife Donna Pardue Noble; his children, Charles Randolph Noble (Anna) of Columbia, SC and Carolyn Michelle Noble of Wilkesboro; and his siblings, Joe Noble (Teresa) of North Wilkesboro and Bobbie Noble Barton (Chuck) of Kernersville, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
