He was predeceased by: his parents, Leff Parsons and Veatrice Anderson Parsons; and his siblings, Glenn Parsons, Billy Joe Parsons, Tommy Parsons, Jerry Parsons, Jimmy Parsons, Leff Parsons, Jr. and Cora Sue Wagoner.
He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Parsons and Carolyn Clark (Ewel) of Lexington; his nieces, Jennifer Owens of Wilkesboro and Annaleigh Tolbert of Wilkesboro; his great-nephews, Kayleigh Owens of North Wilkesboro, Zebulon Owens of Wilkesboro, Ryeleigh Owens of Wilkesboro and Auburn Bueno of Wilkesboro; and also, Reyna Zuniga of North Wilkesboro and Eleyna Zuniga of North Wilkesboro. He is also survived by grandfather figure to great nieces.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Service (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Chapel (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
The family has requested no flowers. Donations may be made to Miller Funeral Service to assist with funeral expenses.
