He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Baity and Mayhue Joines Baity; his wife Loraine Sheets Baity; and his brother Allen Baity. He is survived by: his daughter Tabitha Adams (Stewart) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Haley Adams (Donte Williams) of Wilkesboro and Austin Adams (Maranda Money) of North Wilkesboro; his great grandchildren, Kirah Adams and Violet Adams; and his brothers, Dwight Baity (Norma Jean) and Leonard Baity (Karen) of North Wilkesboro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
