She was predeceased by: her parent Rufus Treadway; her husband Mack Lendon Johnson; and her brother Jack Treadway. She is survived by: her parent Alma Kerley Treadway; her children, Linda Johnson Revis of Millers Creek and Bruce Johnson (Lorna) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Laura Revis Elmore (Jeffrey) of North Wilkesboro, Scott Revis of Millers Creek, Jessica Johnson Barlow (Lester) of Wilkesboro, Kristen Johnson Yost (Matt) of Charlotte and Megan Johnson of Millers Creek; her great grandchildren, Katie Hubbard of North Wilkesboro, Colin Barlow and Camden Barlow of Wilkesboro; and her siblings, Mack Treadway and Pauline Treadway Parker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
