She was predeceased by: her parents, Posey Alexander Ross and Reba Ross. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Howell (Rachel Godwin) of Winston Salem and Brandon Howell (Leslie Barfield) of Millers Creek; her siblings, Grayland Ross of Roaring River, Pat Holbrook of Greensboro, Gwenda Wagoner of North Wilkesboro, Jerry Blackburn of Clover and Lynn Alexander of Elkin; her grandsons, Caleb Howell, Christopher Howell, Colby Howell and Zachary Allen; and her great grandchild Lily Howell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Benham Baptist Church (8697 Greenhorn Rd, Elkin, NC 28621). A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
