He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Tucker; his son Ben Welborn (Leslie) of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Cosette Welborn, Brinstan Welborn and Aiden Gutierrez; and his siblings, Breta Welborn-McGuire of Newnan, GA and Don Welborn (Brenda) of Wilkesboro.
