She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mabel Elliott and Howard B. Webb; her sons, Carl Gibbons and Mark D. Gibbons; and her grandchildren, David Gibbons, Irene Clouser, Dale Gibbons, Deirdre Nielsen, Kyle Gibbons, Matthew Gibbons and Rachel Webb. She was also cherished by friends, and was a beloved mother, grandmother.
