It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Canter of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Don Canter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Canter, Sr. and Ruby Agnes Estep Canter; his wife Edith Church Canter; his daughter Donna Dilley; and his brothers, Max Canter, J. W. Canter, Jr. and Vaughn Canter.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Barnett (Michael) of Madison, Brent Holloway (Anita) of Ferguson and Bobby Holloway (Renaugh) of North Wilkesboro; his son-in-law John Dilley of Loveland, CO; his grandchildren, Angela Brehm (Andrew), Genesa Byrd, Amanda Holloway, Douglas Holloway, Sam Barnett (Lindsay), John Holloway (Stacey), Ursula Dilley, Natalie Dilley-Conley (Geoff), Heidi Holloway and Tatum Holloway; and his great grandchildren, Berkley, Alexandra Brehm, Kael, Kacey Byrd, Eislee, Zoey, Lincoln, Evie Holloway, Dylan and Akela Conley.
