He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lane Triplett, Jr.; and his grandparents, Claudia Triplett, Andy Jr. and Jerry Lane Triplett, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Lisa Ann Poarch York (David Church) of Wilkesboro, His; his grandmothers, Betty Combs and Carol Triplett; his stepgrandfather Roby Combs; his aunt Russell; his uncles, LeeAnn Triplett and Paul Poarch; and his cousin Mark Triplett.
