He is survived by: his sons, Gregory Jakob Cook (London) of Greensboro and Jeffery Hans Cook (Diane) of Greensboro; his sister Sherry Elizabeth Roseman; his grandchildren, Gregory Jakob Cook Jr. (Julie) of Raleigh, Joshua Steven Cook (Lauren) of Greensboro, Jeffery Aaron Cook (Marianne) of Greensboro, Joseph Hans Cook (Alexandria), William Preston Brady, Vance Davis Brady and Jordan Pearson; his great grandchildren, LilyBeth, Jeffery, Trip, Abigail, Callie, Aaron and William; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Pearson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Hospice Organization of the donor's choice.
