He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bumgarner and Ruby Dancy Bumgarner; his grandson Brandon Moore; and his brother Wade Bumgarner. He is survived by: his wife Toni Jo Bumgarner; his children, Tracy Moore (Kenneth) of Wilkesboro and Ryder Bumgarner (Kristy) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Nicole Bumgarner, Joshua Bumgarner and Brooke Bumgarner; his great grandchild Aniyah Cannaday; and his brother Fred Bumgarner (Peggy) of Millers Creek. He is also survived by wife and children.
