He is survived by: his sisters, Melissa Jones Carter of Johnson City and Kathy Jones McPeck Crozier (Ron) of Johnson City; his nephew Chris Carter (Whitney); his niece Hassie McPeck Howard (Cody); and his great-nieces, Makayla Millner, Aubree and Addyson Carter.
