He is survived by: his wife Mary Watson Huffman; his daughters, April Mintz (Chris) of Purlear, Tiffany Darnell (Kenny Carroll) and Melissa Huffman of Millers Creek; his stepsons, Edward Hodges (Mary) of Vilas and Christopher Hodges (Amy) of Beech Mountain; his grandchildren, Kira Cardwell, Eric Higgins, Kinley Mintz, Brooklynn Mintz, Carissa Settle and Larissa Settle; his stepgrandchildren, Finley, Blake Hodges, Alexis, Kendra, Taylor Hodges, Katelyn and Alex Icenhour; and his brothers, Billy Wade Watson of Wilkesboro and Larry Wayne Watson of Wilkesboro.
