It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Royal of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on November 18, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Caudill and Carrie Mae Perry Caudill; her husband James Franklin Royal; her sons, Elmer Caudill and Walter Thornton; her siblings, Luther Caudill, Lonnie Caudill, Tom Caudill, Johnny Caudill, Quincy Caudill, Ann Caudill, Pauline Ballard, Bonnie Wagoner and Fannie Hawkins; her granddaughter Christina Royal; and her great grandchild Lisa Wyatt.

She is survived by: her children, Viola Perry of Moravian Falls, Sylvia Warren (Russell) of North Wilkesboro, Diana Royal of Wilkesboro, Tabitha Williams of Wilkesboro, Jessica Shew (Scott) of Bogart Georgia, William Caudill of Delaware and Jessie Royal (Becky) of Ronda; and her sisters, Verna Roberts and Mary Perry of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
