He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryant David and Elma Trivette Turner; and his siblings, Brenda Miller and Robert Trivette. He is survived by: his wife Helen Shew Turner; his children, Donna Shew Mulnix (Donald) of Beaufort, SC, Kimberly Turner Peace (Brian) of Davidson and Jeff Shew (Doug Peters) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Alison Mulnix Kralick, Amy Mulnix Whelan, Thomas Richmond Mulnix, Katie Marie Peace and Lauren Ellen Peace; his great grandchildren, Aiden Ball, Addison Ball, Daniel Kralick, Ezra Kralick, Abigail Kralick and Charlotte Whelan; and his sister Frances Wentz of Florida.
