He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Church and Sara Reep; and his stepdaughter Athena Mae Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Garrison; his children, Ashley Lynn Canipe (Robert), Kennedi Church and Kasey Church; and his stepsons, Joshua Garrison and Andrew Garrison. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
