He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Elbert and Edith Irene Buchanan Carnes; and his brother Jesse Junior Carnes. He is survived by: his spouse Donnette Clouse Carnes; and his grandchildren, Phoebe June Carnes of Whittier, Jesse Logan Carnes of Whittier and Haley Sophie Carnes of Whittier.
