She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ella Mae Messer, Bea Nations, Hester Jones, Margie Dills, Gertie Parris and Don Messer.
She is survived by: her brother E. J. Messer of Whittier; her sons, Gorsie Nations of Whittier and Delos Nations of Whittier; her granddaughter Tammy Nations Norris (James Justice) of Whittier; and her great grandchildren, Conner, Hailey and Alyssa Norris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
