It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Woody of Whittier, North Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Greene and Dessie Greene (Jones); her husband Earl Woody; her son Richard Woody; her grandson Marc Woody; her siblings, Juanita Milliner (Walker), Barbara Maney (Earnest), Joe Greene and Glenith Price (JC); and her sister-in-law Jean Greene.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Lawson (Alan) of Summerville, SC, Robin Conner of Bryson City, Karen Woody of Whittier and Linda Woody of Bryson City. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren.
