He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Raby and Evelyn Raby; and his siblings, John Raby, Thomas "Tink" Raby, Lorraine Beck, Janie Waldroop, Buford Raby and JD Raby.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lottie Beck (Jack) of Cherokee, Opal Johnson of Easley, SC, Linda Hughes of Pickens, SC, Ruth Ammons of Bryson City, Brenda Jones (Henry) of Whittier, Roger Raby (Helen) of Cherokee, Jerry Raby (Missy) of Whittier and Robert Raby (Mary) of Pickens, SC. He is also survived by 36 Nieces and nephews.
