He is survived by: his adoptive father Dr. David K; his daughter Ayla George of Cherokee; and his siblings, Ben Johnson (Vanessa), Sam Wolfe, David Coulter, Chris Manning, Justin Simpson, Charlie, Jimmy Arch and Michelle Arch.
