He is survived by: his wife Janet Rosenbalm Waddell; his children, Tonya Waddell Erwin (Brandon) and William Carlos Waddell (Amber); his grandchildren, Caine Waddell and Ryan Waddell; his brother Donald William Waddell (Stephanie); his nieces and nephews, Samuel, Joshua, Cortney, Michelle and Benjamin; his stepchildren, Tina Branham (Charles) and Marcus Keith (Carrie); and his stepgrandchildren, Cadence, Duke, Adeline and Cambree.
