She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Rowland and Bonnie Rowland; her husband Theodore; her daughter Emma Jo Locust; her grandson David Carter; her great grandchild Zach Carter; her great great grandchild Dustin Ward; and her siblings, Eugene Rowland, Lorene Rowland and Frankie Ball.
She is survived by: her children, JD Hensley of Whittier, Ruby Herron (Billy) and Judy Brooks (Bruce) of Whittier; and her grandchildren, Tim Hensley, Lindsay Hensley, Kenny Carter, Kelly Jones, Wayne Driver, Darrell Driver and Adam Brooks. She is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
