It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Foster Jr. of Whitsett, North Carolina, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Foster, Sr. and Bettie Russell Foster; and his siblings, Earline Foster Mitchell, Evelyn Foster, Marie Foster McLaughlin and James Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Lee Steverson; his son Otis Foster III (Amelia) of Burlington, NC; his grandchildren, Jala, Denzel and Farrah; his siblings, Lillie Foster Yancey of Pelham, NC, Mollie Foster Turner of Reidsville, NC, Donald Foster (Evelyn) of Pelham, NC, Larry Foster (Carolyn) and Leslie Foster of Pelham, NC; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Steverson, Robert Steverson (Jean), Oliver Steverson (Betty) of Warrenton, NC, Steward Steverson (Elizabeth) of Stoneville, NC and Thomas Steverson (Ella) of Bunn, NC. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
