He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roland Gossett and Gaynelle Rayle Gossett; and his brother Randall Gossett. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Greeson Gossett; his daughters, Christy Rogers (Chico), Rachael Gossett (Trey Stevens) and Katelyn Gossett (Jared Mays); his grandchildren, Christian Gossett and Gage Rogers; his pets, Cooper, Henny and Tobi; his siblings, Susan Tobin, Donna Yarborough, Jamie Gossett, Jerry Gossett (Celia) and Tony Gossett; and his sister-in-law Cindy Gossett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
