He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Andrew Penny and Thelma Creech Penny Parker; and his sister Jeanette Penny Tedder. He is survived by: his wife Ila Vee Nealey Penny; his daughters, Vanessa Penny Stanley (Henry) of Southport, NC and Valerie Penny Tarte (Phillip) of Wilmington, NC.; his brother Jerry Wayne Parker of Whiteville, NC; and his grandchildren, Caleb Andrew Stanley, Elias Emerson Stanley, Isaac McKenzie Stanley, Phillip Masen Tarte and Nealey Collier Tarte.
