He is survived by: his siblings, Eloise Patrick of Bolton, NC, Betty Jacobs of Bolton, NC, Wilma Jacobs of Bolton, NC, Emma Jacobs of Bolton, NC, Burnice Jacobs of Leland, NC and Allen Jacobs of Bolton, NC.; and his wife Lynda Faye Freeman Jacobs.
