He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Freeman Jacobs; his son Autry Dean Jacobs (Frances) of Bolton; his stepdaughter Donna Freeman (Ray) of Bolton; his siblings, Wilson Jacobs of Bolton and Polly Locklear of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Devin Jacobs, Makayla Jacobs, Sonya F. Bianchini and Candace F. Reaves; his great grandchildren, Sadryne, Raelyn, Justin of Brynlee and Brody; and his great great grandchild Oaklynn.
