She is survived by: her children, Ken Kozakovsky (Bobbie) of Whiteville, Todd Kozakovsky of Pennysylvania, Bob Kozakovsky (Jackie) of Pennsylvania and Brenda Hollingsworth (Kevin) of Elizabethtown; and her siblings, John Shaffer (Judy) of Liberty, NC, Vickie Walters (Tom) of Pennsylvania and Lola Adams (Dan) of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
