He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bartley Kisiah and Mertie Lu Hudson Kisiah; his siblings, Susie Moore and Reverend Donnie Kisiah; and his granddaughter Shelley Arms.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Burroughs Kisiah; his children, Cindy K. Arms (Keith) of Campobello, SC and Walter S. Kisiah, Jr. of Charlotte; his brother Ray L. Kisiah (Martha) of Asheville; and his grandchildren, Andrew Love, Sheena Kisiah, Krystal Cartrette, Ken West, Kaitlin Edwards and Brittany Kelly. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
