It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy Rebecca Canady of Whiteville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Smith; her husband Mickey Allen Canady; and her brother Robert Delane "Gordie" Smith. She is survived by: her close friend Eric F. Ervin; her daughters, Corrie L. Smith (Johnathan Huggins) of Clarendon and Amie Nicole Canady of Clarendon; her stepchildren, Brittany Ervin of Charlotte and Eric Ervin Jr. of Fayetteville; her stepsiblings, Monty Norris of Cerro Gordo and Beth Norris of Fairmont; and her grandchildren, Damien and Olivia Canady. She is also survived by five nieces.
