He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Blackmon and Mary Love Blackmon; his wife Peggy Carr Yoder Blackmon; and his daughter Susan Carr Moss Deans (John). He is survived by: his children, Lois Lynne Blackmon Inman (Brien), Kenneth Ray Moss (Angela) and Kurt Robert Moss; his grandchildren, Drake Deans (Haley), Jonathan Cox (Ashleigh), Timothy Deans, Ethan Inman, Ashlyn Cox, Davis Inman, Aundria Moss and Meredith Moss; and his brothers, Richard S. Blackmon and William James Blackmon. He is also survived by many loving family members and countless friends.
