She was predeceased by: her parents, Varnum Long and Dora Fowler Long; her spouse Eudy Evans; and her stepdaughter Margaret Christian. She is survived by: her children, Lois Lee (James) of Whiteville, Sherry Stubbs of Whiteville and Johnny Long of Whiteville; her stepson Virgil Christian, Jr. (Betty) of Lumberton; and her close friend Virgil Christian. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
