It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelton Sherwood Milligan (Whiteville, North Carolina), born in Ash, North Carolina, who passed away on June 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Meckum Richard and Belva Simmons Milligan; his siblings, Delbert Milligan, Melton Milligan, Curtis Milligan, Lester Milligan, M. R. Milligan Jr. (Mike), Layton Milligan and Thelma Smith-Babson; his children, Reese J. Milligan (Donna) of Gloucester, VA., Sherri Tentnowski (Michael) and Darlene Williams (Danny) of Whiteville, NC; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kelsey, Angela and Alex; and his siblings, Louise Gray and John Milligan.
