He was predeceased by: his parents, William Turner (Bill) and Fredrica Wadsworth Turner (Freddie); and his brother Robert Turner (Bobby). He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Turner (Elizabeth) of Whiteville, NC, Richard Turner (Susanna) of Pinehurst, NC, Craig Turner (Chris) of Wilmington, NC, Jean Turner of Bishop, CA and Michele Turner Murphy (Dan) of Stockbridge, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Will, Josh Turner, Curt, Brian Turner, Brannon Dempsey, Forrest, Clay Turner, Michael Turner, Jocelyn Turner Whitlock, Emily and Annie Turner. He is also survived by nine great-nephews and three great-nieces.
