She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Etheridge and Izzie Mae Long Etheridge; and her husband George "G. F." Hines. She is survived by: her daughter Gail Peterson (Jeff) of Whiteville, NC; her granddaughter Heather Batts (Chris) of Wilmington, NC; her great grandchildren, Stephanie Batts, Layla Faith Batts and Asher Batts; and her siblings, Danny Etheridge and Annie Tysinger.
