He was predeceased by: his parents, Rozier Wesley Blackman and Sara Elizabeth Nunnery Blackman. He is survived by: his wife Charley Heavener Blackmon; his children, Wesley Blackmon (Tamara) of Whiteville, Colt Blackmon of Whiteville, Julia Page of Whiteville and Allyson Blackmon of Whiteville; and his grandchildren, Rayce Blackmon and Jacob Miller. He is also survived by brother and four sisters.
