He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Randolph and Viola Caldwell Hall. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jo Simmons Hall; his children, Tonia Cox (Kevin) of Charlotte, Lora Benton (Phillip) of Whiteville and Christopher "Chris" Ray Hall (Jill) of Winnabow; his sister Ruth Hall Smith (Mike) of Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Shaun Benton, Makenzie Simmons (Jesse), Gracyn Cox, Bree Hall, Ryan Cox and Ty Hall.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Cypress Creek Original Free Will Baptist Church Building Fund.
