He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Junior Wagner and Ella Callie Mercer Wagner; and his brothers, Carl Wagner and Charles Arthur Wagner (Infant). He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Ella Wagner of Chadbourn and Robert Arthur Wagner (Heather) of Whiteville; his siblings, Patsy W. Simmons (Wayne) of Clarendon, Donnie Wagner (Wanda) of Whiteville, Annie W. Smith of Lake Waccamaw and Charlene Wagner (Danny) of Chadbourn; and his grandchildren, Cynthia Ward and Nathan Ward.
