He was predeceased by: his father Omar Kibler; and his brother Kenneth Kibler. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Ann Canady Kibler; his daughter Kara Williams of Virginia; his brother Ed Kibler of Louisa, VA; his stepdaughter Jennifer Gill (Barry); and his stepgrandchildren, Leona Gill, Samuel Gill and Jacqueline Gill. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
