He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood Edge and Martha Edge; and his sister Terrie Gray. He is survived by: his wife Becky Hammond Edge of Whiteville; his children, Daniel L. Edge (Jessica) of Whiteville and Amanda E. White (Andrew) of Whiteville; his grandchildren, Ashton Edge, Madalyn Edge, Grayson Canady, Gage Canady, Lydia White and Alex White; his mother-in-law Lena Hammond; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Hammond (Reese) and Kenny Hammond (Cindy); and his sister Diana Jones.
