He was predeceased by: his child Abbigail Smith; and his grandparents, Betty, Wayne Edkin, John Junior Harris, Charles Smith (Ethell) and Dora Mae Bell.
He is survived by: his parents, Curtis Allen Smith (Jane) and Marla Kay Long (Ray); his children, Jordan Allen Smith of Clarendon, Chandler Smith of Clarendon and Hazel Leigh Smith of Whiteville; his siblings, Kelly Patricia Harmon of Whiteville and Nancy Sue Moss of Whiteville; and his great-grandparent Woodrow Mitchell Bell (Sue) of Whiteville.
