He is survived by: his wife Mable Catherine Bowen Piver; his children, Theresa Bullard Davis (David) of Wilmington, Sue Bullard Irving of Nakina, Michael Bullard (Kitty) of Chadbourn and Sandra Bullard Blake of Willard; and his siblings, Vera Mae Simmons of Ash, Evelyn Surles of Whiteville, Marie Ward of Whiteville, Ramona "Moonie" Puckett of Calabash, James Elbert "Buck" Piver of Whiteville and Bobby Dean Piver of Hawthorne, FL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
