She is survived by: her brother Dr. James Boyce Black; her children, Dana Ward Bunn (David G. Bunn, Jr.) of Wilmington, NC, Margaret Ward Wallace (Stephen C. Wallace) of Wilmington, NC and Dr. Ernie B. Ward, III (Kayla W. Ward) of Whiteville, NC.; her grandchildren, Caroline Bunn Mason (David F. Mason), David G. Bunn III, Sarah M. Wallace, Molly T. Wallace, Emory E. Ward and Katie Ward Stockley (Seth Stockley); her great grandchildren, Ansley P. Mason, Brynn M. Bunn, D. Harrison Mason and Ward M. Stockley; and her caregiver Suzanne. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
