She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis A. Barnes and Blanche Anderson Barnes; her son Timothy "Timm" Dale Pridgen; and her siblings, William Curtis Barnes, Roger Barnes, Wallace Barnes, Ruby Lee Martin, Frances B. Bostic and Helen B. Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Jerry Pridgen, Sr.; her children, Tricia Bowen (Albert), Donald Jerry Pridgen, Jr. (Amy) of Chadbourn and Jeff Pridgen (Pam) of Whiteville; her grandchildren, Colby Pridgen (Lara), Kayla Gooden (Nathan), Marci-Anna Pouncey (Timmy), Katelyn Pridgen, Alice Parker (Cameron), Chayton Pridgen, Lakin Jarvis (Grayson) and Dawson Pridgen; her great grandchildren, Camden Pridgen, Bentley Pridgen, Asher Jarvis and Eli Sanders; and her pet Lucas. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
