It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Macie Duncan King of Whiteville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Albert Duncan, Sr. and Sallie Little Duncan; her husband Graham King; and her siblings, Margaret D. Davis, James Duncan, Sadie D. Penny, William "Bill" Albert Duncan, Jr., Bonnie D. Bryant, Marcella D. Ward and Robert "Bob" Lennon Duncan.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley McCleney (Hubert) of Chadbourn, NC; and her niece Elaine White. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
