She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Maxwell Walters (Sandy) and Mary Enzor Walters; her husband Bobby Ray Powell; and her daughter Cynthia Powell Rooks. She is survived by: her son Gregory Scott Powell (Melinda Sikes) of Whiteville; and her grandchildren, Christopher Scott Powell, Eli David Griffin, Julius Michael Capozzoli and Heather Nicole Rooks.
