It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Cumbee (Whiteville, North Carolina), born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Leon and Islene Etheridge Cumbee; his brother-in-law William Price; and his grandparents, Jack, Bertie Cumbee, Avery and Kate Etheridge.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Long Cumbee; his son Adam Cumbee (LeAnn) of Whiteville; his siblings, Eddie Cumbee (Rose, Phillip Cumbee) of Whiteville, Jack Cumbee (Lori) of Whiteville, Kay Long (Ronnie) of Nakina and Debbie Price of Whiteville; his granddaughter Lishie Marie Cumbee; and his great grandchildren, Lillian Spivey and Carter Spivey.
