She was predeceased by: her parents, Barcey Elijah and Mary Ellen White Cox; her husband John G. Worrell; her daughter Rhonda Joyce Worrell; and her brothers, Neil Cox and Rudy Cox.
She is survived by: her children, John Worrell (Frankie) of Mullins, SC, Karen Fugett (John) of Shallotte, NC and Ellen Frazee (David); her sisters, Dorothy Giles (Woody) of Yorktown, VA, Elneta Spell (Bill) of Leesburg, FL and Carolyn Hester (Curtis) of Laurinsburg, NC.; and her granddaughters, Karie Fugett (Brent Buckelew), Kelsey Brown (Josh), Kirsten Fugett (Brent Holmes), Michelle Placke (Seth), Rachel Frazee (Ibrahim Lopez) and Hannah Frazee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, church family and many friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in honor of Joyce Worrell to the Chrisian Missionary Alliance Missions Fund, 6421 E. Main Street, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
